MBA in Fashion Designing, MSc in Fashion Technology, MA in English, B Sc in Biology, Diploma in Fashion Designing with CAD, Office Automation.

Experience- An enthusiastic academician aiming to serve the fashion industry by imparting quality education to youth. Having 23 Years of experience as Principal, Designer, Consultant in leading organizations; Apparel Training & Design Centre Indore; a national level institute under the aegis of Apparel Export Promotion Council, Sponsored by Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of Bharat; IPS Academy, Indore etc.

Her experience as a Fashion Designer & Academician with area of expertise in Designing, Production Technology, Quality Assurance, Pattern Making etc. sets her apart at a distinguished place in the fashion industry. Her articles on fashion field are published in leading publications. And activities led under her mentorship are published in national newspapers quite often. She is tech-savy & is keen to adopt sustainable practices in fashion education & industry. She is at her footsteps all the time to nurture the students and to alumni to do their best in their careers.

International Exposure & Trainings-

She is trained in Pattern Making & Sewing from faculty, NIFT. She worked under the mentorship of DG & fraternity of NIFT & NID, the Top Level Design institutes in the world. She excelled in training on Productivity & Work Study (Industrial Engineering) taken by Mr Roger Thomas, Technical Consultant, South Africa, having 40+ years of experience in fashion industry. She has undergone the training from Clothing Industry Training Authority (CITA), Hong kong also.

Unique Initiatives- With the due support of Management, IPS Academy IFT could;

Develop a Fashion Innovation CAD Lab with AR & VR facilities for fashion industry. Probably this is country’s first lab in a fashion designing institute.
Conduct ESDP on Augmented Reality in fashion Industry, for the first time in the country, sponsored by NIMSME, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of Bharat.
Setting up of Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) IPSA Centre in IPS Academy & JSS IPSA Outreach Centre at Kushwaha Nagar under Ministry of Skill Development., Govt. of Bharat for the underprivileged section of the society
Three Fashion Shows at a stretch in a year; 2023.
Continuously building new relations & bringing new projects to IFT, IPS Academy thus providing highest exposure opportunities to students in terms of innovative activities.

Mr Hemant Bandhav the Head of the associated with IFT, IPS Academy for past 16 years. Enthusiastic co-coordinator of Fashion Technology Department. Coordinator of IPS Sport, Cultural Committee, Fashion Exhibitions, Fashion Shows, Fashion Workshops, Best Bridal and Groom wear and Modeling. Mission for IPS is “World class global University” and cover mission is to be part of IPS Academy. Nodal Officer of Scholarship.

Ms. Rupali Mishra (Assistant Prof)

M. H. Sc. (Clothing and Textile) , B.H. Sc.

Ms. Rupali Mishra has 10+ years experience with Government Polytechnic College. Proficient in Sourcing, Design Process & Planning. She exhibits Strong organizational skills and problem solving. She specializes in printing technology, madhubani painting, apparel manufacturing processes and merchandising. She is highly talented in Fabrics, accessories, trims, other materials, manipulation and garment production techniques. Very well versed in Draping, pattern making techniques and cutting skills. She develops curriculums, Manuals and undertakes reviews and assessments of students in various areas of Art & Design and Department Coordinator of “NAAC”.

Ms. Dimple Pariyani (Assistant Prof)

An assistant professor in IPSA Ift department. Faculty of pattern making and garment construction has completed her master’s in drawing and painting along with diploma in AMT(Apparel Manufacturing Technology). She has also pursued 3 months certification course of self employed tailor from PMKVY & completed various internships, as in Go green textile and Kalani Interprises. She is an entrepreneur and runs a boutique.

Ms. Pooja Gyanwani (Assistant Prof)

B. Design (Fashion Design), with 5+ years of teaching expertise in drawing, sketching, and fashion illustration. Trained 100+ students and an entrepreneur.

Ms. Fagun Parihar (Guest Faculty)

MBA in Design & Retail Management, B.Sc, Fashion Designing experience of VM professional with pleasing personality, offering around 10 + years of experience managing store look & feel with superior display to increase store sales.

Ms. Amisha Kukreja (Guest Faculty)

MBA (International Business), B.Sc. (Jewellery Designing), Diploma (Cut, Polish and Diamond Grading), Diploma in Jewellery Designing from GIA, Mumbai with experience of Providing designs for Jewellery Manufacturing at Jewels Emporium and Supervising the labours in actual manufacturing to achieve the best results.
